Billing and Refunds FAQ

Yes. You pay a prorated amount this month to top up your credits to the new plan's level, and the full new price applies from your next billing date. Annual upgrades keep your original billing and renewal dates. See the Billing Policy for exact calculations.

On monthly plans, the lower price takes effect from your next billing date — no mid-cycle changes. On annual plans, the change is handled as a partial refund for your unused months. See the Billing Policy for details.

Yes. Switching from monthly to a higher annual tier bills the remaining year up front. Switching to the same or a lower tier takes effect on your next billing date. To switch from annual to monthly, cancel and refund your annual plan first, then subscribe to the monthly plan. See the Billing Policy for details.

Within 7 days of payment and with no credits used, you get a full refund — monthly or annual. After that, monthly plans aren't refundable, but annual plans are refunded for the unused remaining months, minus the discount you already received. See the Billing Policy for exact figures.

If you haven't used any credits and you're within 7 days of the upgrade payment, the upgrade amount is refunded and you return to your previous plan. Once you've used credits after upgrading, the upgrade portion isn't refundable. See the Billing Policy for details.
